At Stone Climbing, we believe strongly in protecting wild and pristine places. We believe that humanity does better when it is connected with the natural world rather than seeking to conquer and exploit it.

We also believe in putting your money where your mouth is. That is why we have joined 1% for the Planet and committed to giving 1% of our gross sales every year to environmental non-profits.

Our primary giving partners will be the Access Fund on a national level and the Matanzas Riverkeeper on a local level.

Access Fund

Today, 1 in 5 climbing areas in the United States are threatened. Whether it's private land lost to development, public land managers over-regulating climbing, or climber impacts degrading the environment — the list of threats is long and constantly evolving. Access Fund is on a mission to keep climbing areas open and conserve the climbing environment.

Matanzas Riverkeeper

The Matanzas Riverkeeper is a grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that the Guana, Tolomato, Matanzas watersheds remain clean and healthy through a commitment to drinkable, fishable, and swimmable water.

The mission of the Matanzas Riverkeeper is to protect the health of the Matanzas River and its watershed through advocacy, education, and engagement.

At Stone, we believe 1% is a minimum that businesses should give back to the planet that gives us everything.
